I purchased this 520SX from Nevada Motorcycle Specialties (NMS) in 2003 new. I immediately had the bike converted to street legal and changed the transmission to a 6 speed. It is common knowledge that the 2002 RFS motor is one of the quickest revving, most powerful motors KTM has ever produced. I perform all services, (major services by NMS). I have had NMS completely rebuild the carburetor. Look closely at the rock guard, no bashing or heavy scrapes. I am now 58 years old and this bike is too much to handle...
Suspension work by Ed McCoy at Racetech for a 200lb rider, very plush. Trail Tech Speedo, Electric start, Big Gun Exhaust, Devol Radiator guards, Acerbis Hand guards, Headlight and front turn signals (in box, 30 mins to install), Fork seal protectors, Clarke oversized tank, Heavy duty chain guide, Oil changes every 3 rides, New battery, New tires front and rear.
