2002 Subaru WRX Sedan
As the original owner, it pains me to sell her
I have other cars to drive and my WRX is just sitting in the driveway. House needs a new roof (thanks Irma) and the time has come for me to move on anyway.
Short story: I bought her new in September 2001 (my first new car). Kept her 100% stock until 2007 when I bought another daily driver. Engine and turbo have never been modified. Kept up with all the service intervals the whole time, and I have 100% of the paperwork and keys.
Description and Mods:Powertrain: STi up-pipe, STi turboback, Mishimoto radiator, Optima yellow top battery
Tune: Very mild tune by Chris (RIP) at EFI Logics, gained 2 HP over stock mapping
Front Suspension: Tokico D-Spec struts with remote adjusters, STi pink springs, STi front control arms, extended ball joints and tie rod ends (roll center adjustment), Whiteline Comp-C top hats, 22mm front sway bar, 22mm adjustable rear sway bar, upgraded rear swaybar mounts, aluminum end links, rear strut tower brace, rear camber bolts, adjustable rear lateral links, rear subframe T-braces, front fender cowl braces, front and rear swaybar bushings, steering rack bushings
Drivetrain: Helical front differential with heavy duty conical washers, updated syncros
Brakes: EBC front rotors, Legacy GT rear rotors, Ferodo DS2500 brake pads, stainless steel brake lines, brake booster brace
Exterior: 2011 WRX wheels and tires, Hella fog lamps, darkened headlights and side markers, mudflaps
Interior: Kenwood headunit with bluetooth, updated front and rear speakers, 8" subwoofer, 4 channel amp for speakers, 2 channel amp for sub, remote dial for sub level, 35% ceramic tints, WeatherTech front floor matsAny problems: No compression in cylinder 4. Everything else is working perfectly. Has typical dings/dents for a car of this age.
Has new windshield, tires are in good shape with no rounded corners, no curb rash on wheels, seats are in very good condition. Never smoked in and no pets. Fires right up and is driveable. Upcoming 60k miles service interval due at 180k miles.
